We
have been selected by Camosun College as their Construction Manager "At
Risk" to construct their $23 million high performance sports training
center.
The Institute will bring together sport technology, research and innovation, unique educational programming in sport leadership and coaching science, sport medicine expertise and sport facilities into a single centre that will enable Canada to take its rightfull place in sports. This centre for excellence is a legacy for the future as we power sport performance and put more Canadian athletes on the podium at Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The facility will study sports medicine and become a year round center for training our Olympic competitors.

Dockside Green - Phase 1 construction commenced in late 2005. This $600 million project is the largest single project ever undertaken in Victoria. This project will be a landmark for sustainable development throughout the continent and is targeting a Platinum LEED accreditation. The total build out over 8 years will produce 1,300,000 square feet, including 860 living units, offices, commercial and light industrial space, and a boutique hotel. Phase 1 Condominium Building is nearing completion, Phase 2 Condominium Building and the Site Wide Waste Water Tertiary Treatment Plant are well under construction. Construction is to begin soon on the 1st commercial building on Harbour Road. Planning has begun on the next several phases of this 26 building development. We are so excited about this development, that we are purchasing the old Princess Mary Restaurant site and building on the Dockside Green lands, and are converting it into the future home of the Farmer Group of Construction Companies’ corporate head office. We are targeting LEED Platinum for our building, and if successful, we will own and operate out of the first LEED Platinum construction office in all of Canada.

Aquattro
is a $500 million, 1.2 million square foot development on the Esquimalt
Lagoon in Colwood, a suburb of Victoria. The first Phase is under construction.
The project will incorporate town homes, terraced and highrise construction,
and geothermal heating and cooling. What sets this development apart is
that through creatively altering the density 40% of the 50 acre site has
been set aside as green space, including wet lands, an orchard, and an enhanced
salmon bearing stream. The development will include an amenity center, a
