Best suited where the project complexity is low to moderate, the design build delivery method will ensure that the owner saves time and money by committing the risk of contractual obligations to Farmer.

As the Design-Builder, Farmer will undertake to design and build the project to meet the Owner’s Statement of Requirements. With a strong and varied network of designers, engineers and tradesmen, we are prepared to assume the traditional roles and responsibilities of the Consultant and Contractor for both the design and construction of an Owner’s project, committing to work co-operatively to reduce decision-making times, administrative costs and the risk of cost and schedule overruns.
