We do much of the conceptual design associated with the shoring, underpinning, and seismic restraint anchors often required in such structures "in-house", thus enabling us to minimize the time and cost to complete this work.
We were selected as the Construction Manager by the British Columbia Buildings Corporation to manage the refurbishment of the building that houses the Ministry of Health staff. The existing building was stripped back to the structure and a new high performance curtain wall glazing system was installed, containing a portion of photovoltaic panels.
