This
$20 million 6 story high-tech building is the largest and tallest on campus,
and is striving for LEED Gold accreditation.

This $82 million facility in Victoria is a state of the art medical complex
and includes 16 operating theaters, pathology laboratories, digital imaging,
and intensive and critical care departments. Originally tendered at $65
million, the ministry, when construction was underway, received additional
funding to add a half a floor and relocated several departments. Despite
the 400 changes during construction and the added $17 million in value,
we opened the facility within 3 months of its original 30 month scheduled
duration. On the same site we concurrently constructed a $5.6 million renal
dialysis facility and a 4 story parking garage.
We converted an existing automotive plant and office building into a research and development center for MacMillan Bloedel.
In 1980 we constructed two 7 story nursing towers for the Capital Regional Health District.
In 1989 we constructed the $35million correctional center in Maple Ridge, B.C. This was a 254-man facility including two 7 story dormitory cell blocks, medical and dental facilities, workshops, sewage treatment plant, and secure yard enclosures.
This $18million facility constructed on UBC grounds was constructed on a
fast track basis. As we were building the foundation, the mechanical, electrical
and interior finishes were being designed, subsequently tendered, and incorporated
into the work. This building utilizes many types of wood finishes, houses
both research laboratories and large scale wood testing facilities and is
a showcase for the use of wood products for large scale building construction.
For this project we were awarded the Journal of Commerce Award of Excellence
for innovative construction techniques.

We were selected by ICBC as Construction Managers/ General Contractors to

This 1913 building was originally constructed as a mental institution. It was later converted to a correctional facility. In 1986 we were contracted by B.C. Building Corporation to demolish the complete internal structure while retaining the exterior façade, and build a new reinforced concrete structure within the existing walls. As well we restored the exterior masonry and sandstone facade.
This project utilizes many construction materials, including exposed architectural concrete, stucco, aluminum cladding, and parallam beams.
We have constructed many swimming pools, including this facility at the University of Victoria. The exterior walls are tilt up construction. This project was publicly tendered and significantly over budget. We worked with the owner and his design team to reduce the budget and allow the project to proceed.
This landmark facility is on Victoria's inner harbour.
Clearspan 60 foot precast double T's are used in this 4 story parking garage.
We constructed the Mail Processing Facility for Victoria and the southern
Vancouver Island.
