Building Envelope Restoration requires a Contractor/ Construction Manager with a special skill set. Removing and replacing the exterior envelope of a building when fully occupied with understandably distraught tenants is not an easy task. This process is considerably easier when a contractor is engaged who has the technical expertise, financial stability, and sensitivity to get the job done. We employ specialized project managers and superintendents to produce satisfied clients. We have the reference letters to prove it. Our depth allows us to proceed with building envelope restoration projects on a stipulated sum, construction management, design/ build, and cost plus fixed fee basis.
Vinyl siding, wood trims and new deck membranes clad this condominium in Victoria.
This restoration involves many detailed areas, and uses Hardi-plank and vinyl deck surfaces.
This condominium replaced its exterior with a stucco rain screen, and upgraded the appearance using contrasting colors.
This 104 unit condominium replaced the exterior stucco using a rain screen wall system. Decks were waterproofed using an applied membrane. In addition the strata replaced the landscaping, and parkade roof membranes. The $2.4m project proceeded on a cost plus fixed fee basis, as the strata wanted on going involvement in the project, and felt that this process gave them the greatest flexibility and value.
This 100 unit condominium was tendered and was over budget. We worked with
the strata over a 2 year phased contract, which allowed the $2m project
to be constructed as funds became available.
This 104 unit condominium underwent a $3 1/2 million remediation and is
now clad in Hardi-Board.
